Its single-layer load-bearing range is 800-5000kg, and it can meet different storage needs by adding accessories such as steel laminates and steel mesh laminates.
This shelf is mainly used for mechanical storage and has the characteristics of low cost, safety and reliability, and is widely used in manufacturing, third-party logistics, and distribution centers [1-2]. The hole type of the shelf column is diamond shaped, and the height of the crossbeam can be adjusted by multiples of 75mm. The length of a single group usually does not exceed 3.5 meters. The height of mid to high level shelves is generally below 12 meters, while ultra-high level shelves can reach up to 25 meters. When designing, the dimensions and materials should be determined based on the pallet specifications, forklift lifting height, and cargo weight. When using, the principle of heavy cargo at the bottom and light cargo at the top should be followed to prevent overloading and to set up protective legs and circular pipe guardrails to resist forklift impact. The forklift aisle needs to reserve sufficient space to ensure safe access.
Characteristics of heavy-duty shelves:
1. Usually, goods are packaged and stored on shelves through unit container equipment such as pallets and storage cages. The load capacity of each unit is generally within 4000kg, and two units are usually placed on each floor.
2. It is one of the most common and widely used shelves, suitable for the vast majority of warehouses or product goods.
3. Has 100% cargo picking capability. Handling machinery such as forklifts can reach any cargo location for storage operations, making storage operations convenient and fast!
4. Use mechanical handling equipment for storage operations.
5. The span of unit shelves is generally within 4 meters and the depth is within 1.5 meters. The height of shelves in low and high level warehouses is generally within 12 meters, and the height of shelves in ultra-high level warehouses is generally within 30 meters (these warehouses are mostly automated warehouses, and the total height of shelves is composed of several sections of columns within 12 meters).
6. The height of each layer can be freely adjusted in multiples of 75mm.
