Its structure adopts cold-rolled steel interlocking floor panels and H-shaped steel columns, connected by self-locking bolts, and the surface is galvanized or sprayed with plastic, which has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity and easy assembly and disassembly.
This shelf is divided into indoor/outdoor platforms, static/dynamic load platforms, etc. according to usage requirements, with a load capacity of 200-1000kg/㎡, and can be adapted for forklift and hydraulic pallet truck operations. The standard configuration includes a 1-meter-high protective railing, baseboard, and ladder with a width exceeding 600 millimeters, with a clear height of no less than 1.8 meters for passage. The support system adopts independent columns or factory columns pre embedded and fixed. During installation, the angle between the steel wire rope and the platform is 45-60 degrees, and load limit signs are set up to ensure safety. Support the expansion of lighting systems and lifting equipment to meet the needs of multi-level warehousing.
