The FF-701 series electro-Hydraulic Servo Valve is a two-stage dual nozzle baffle high flow Servo Valve with electric feedback force feedback. Under a pressure difference of 21MPa, its flow range is 6.5L/min to 100L/min. This series of electro-hydraulic servo valves is similar to the FF-131 series, with the addition of LVDT valve core position Sensor and controller for position closed-loop control on the basis of the latter, resulting in smaller hysteresis, higher resolution, better repeatability, and taking into account the advantages of both force feedback servo valves and electric feedback servo valves, making it more convenient to use. The standard product of this series of servo valves adopts an aluminum alloy shell, which is lightweight. The product has an external electrical zero adjustment structure, which facilitates users to adjust according to their actual needs. The product has the advantages of fast dynamic response, good linearity, zero drift, stable working performance, high reliability, long service life, small internal leakage, and low power consumption. The product installation surface has an optional fifth oil supply port, which can supply oil separately to the pilot stage.
