Product Description

Top lift transfer machine is generally used to change the direction of item transportation, and to feed or remove items from the main conveyor line through the fork channel. It has the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity, simple structure, stability and reliability. In roller conveyors and chain conveyors, for items with a sorting speed of less than 30 pieces per minute but a single item weight greater than 2000kg, the top lift transfer machine is preferred. The equipment adopts PLC programmable control, making it easy for items to enter and exit the main and auxiliary conveyor lines without collision, squeezing or other phenomena. The top lifting and transfer machine we developed adopts a four point balanced top lifting, which can smoothly lift and lower even if the items are not placed correctly and force is applied to the side or corner of the equipment, without any obstruction or jamming.

The lifting and transfer machine can be divided into two types according to the transfer method: cam lifting and cylinder lifting,

The main advantage is right angle turning: achieving right angle turning under limited space conditions has the advantage of saving space, but the disadvantages are high cost and slow conveying speed. And there are certain requirements for the height of the conveyor. After passing through the lifting and transfer machine, the original running direction of the workpiece has changed.
