Patented twin screw extruder with hydraulic screen changer
Installed at the end of the barrel and the front of the twin screw extruder's die, this filter traps impurities such as metal chips, coke and unplasticized particles from the material, preventing them from entering the die and causing product defects (such as black spots or scratches) or clogging. It also provides continuous screen replacement in real time: the hydraulic drive allows you to quickly change filter plates/screens without stopping the machine, ensuring continuous operation of the production line (screen replacement time is usually less than 10 seconds). In addition, it stabilizes the melt pressure: the filter softens the fluctuations in the melt pressure, improving the dimensional stability of the products extruded by the subsequent dies.



A continuous single-piston filter substitute is designed to maintain constant pressure during the polymer processing process. The filter substitute is made of high-quality steel and is heat treated for increased reliability and durability. The two filters work alternately to ensure quick replacement.
