A four-way shuttle is an intelligent robot that can perform operations such as picking up, transporting, and placing goods, and can communicate with the upper system to achieve functions such as single access, continuous access, and automatic cargo handling. Haisheng Intelligent Standard Four way Shuttle can carry loads of up to 2T, with a minimum working temperature of minus 25 ℃. It has the advantages of high automation, saving manpower and time, convenient and fast operation, and improving work efficiency.
Introduction to the functions of intelligent four-way shuttle:
(1) Local directional change: The shuttle achieves local directional change by changing the landing condition of both wheels.
(2) Automatic charging: When the battery level is below 20% (parameter can be set, WCS will issue charging tasks), WCS will issue charging tasks, and the shuttle will execute the charging tasks to achieve automatic charging.
(3) Obstacle perception: The shuttle has obstacle detection radar in all four directions, which can detect larger obstacles.
(4) Tray detection: The shuttle car has the functions of tray presence detection and tray tilt detection; Before the shuttle truck picks up the goods, check if the pallet is tilted; If the tray tilts, it will sound an alarm to the upper computer and no pickup action will be taken.
(6) Position calibration: When the shuttle arrives at the destination position, it performs positioning code calibration to achieve precise positioning.
(7) Intelligent control: It can achieve online mode and manual operation mode (TO-KCS operation interface, manual operation shuttle single step action).
(8) Sleep function: When the car is not in use for a long time, the sleep function can be used to turn off some sensors, achieving the goal of saving electricity.
(9) One click wake-up: After the vehicle enters sleep mode, when it needs to run, the upper computer sends a wake-up command, and the sensor that was turned off is turned on again, allowing the car to continue working.
(10) Emergency power rescue: In the event of insufficient or unavailable battery power in the shuttle car, emergency power can be used to open the brake, manually move the shuttle car to the repair location, and wait for repair.
(11) Buzzer alarm: When the shuttle car malfunctions, the car will emit a buzzing alarm.
(12) Charging detection: If the upper computer initiates a charging task, when the shuttle arrives at the charging station and the internal charging relay of the car is turned on, it may not be charged due to loose contact or lack of power supply from the charging station. At this time, the shuttle reports abnormal charging information to the upper computer.
