25-axis CNC Swiss-type lathe

It can automatically complete precision machining of shaft parts made of carbon steel, stainless steel and copper, including turning the outer diameter, drilling the front side, tapping the front side, boring the front side, threading, grooving, drilling horizontally, milling squares, milling grooves, radial tapping, and cutting. Equipped with automatic feeding and receiving devices, it realizes fully automated production of a single machine tool, reducing labor costs and defective products in the production process.
