The Huabian (Wind/Solar) Power Generation Combined Transformer is a factory-manufactured and pre-assembled complete substation. It integrates a step-up transformer, high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, and auxiliary equipment such as power transformers within a common enclosure, having passed type testing. This integrated structure combines the advantages of European and American transformer designs, specifically engineered for the unique requirements of photovoltaic and wind power applications. It offers benefits including high integration, ease of installation, short construction cycles, low operating costs, high structural strength, superior corrosion resistance, and environmental efficiency. Commonly known domestically as the “Huabian,” Suitable for harsh operational environments like coastal areas and deserts; capacity range: 500–10,000 kVA; voltage levels: 35 kV and below. Product Features:
· Isolation switches, arc extinguishing chambers, and fuses are housed in separate compartments. This eliminates the need to de-energize entire lines when replacing fuses or arc extinguishers, enabling maintenance on individual units without affecting other wind turbines.
· Busbars connect the high-voltage switch to the transformer, addressing operational safety concerns associated with cable connections.
· Adopting advantages from American transformers, the transformer's cooling fins are installed in an open configuration, achieving fully natural ventilation for heat dissipation. This significantly reduces energy losses caused by forced ventilation and eliminates the risk of overheating trips due to unreliable fan performance associated with forced ventilation. It also ensures all live parts are completely sealed within the substation enclosure, solving dust ingress issues;
· Transformer components including oil level gauges, gas relays, and pressure relief devices are openly mounted for direct visual monitoring of operational status;
· Protection functions are fully equivalent to those of European-standard transformers.
